GMPP has what you need with this big block rat! GMPP built this 454 with a new Generation VI four-bolt big-block. The 454 HO is jammed with a forged steel crank, forged pistons and forged connecting. A roller cams with .510/.540" lift pushes the valves for a good rumble. This combination coupled with cast iron cylinder heads deliver a pump gas friendly 8.75:1 compression ratio. Horsepower is rated at 425 and 500 lb.-ft. of monster rat torque. The 454 HO comes with water pump, balancer, intake manifold, and 14" automatic transmission flexplate. You add your carburetor, ignition and starter for a complete crate engine assembly. |
